Why Activate Your Account?

• You will receive rebates from selected programs such as Warehouse Direct, Avis, and others.

• You will be able to participate in revenue sharing programs such as NPI's Wireless Home Based Emergency Systems.

• Your organization may be eligible to become an NPI Affiliated Provider. The Affiliated Provider Directory is marketed to over 11,000 healthcare, social service, and ALFs and to over two million caregivers and seniors via the NPI and Eldercare-net.org web sites.

• You will be informed about special discounts, important news, or about new programs and services.

Only legally incorporated organizations and governmental entities may become a NPI Community Partner.

Responsibilities of a NPI Community Partner include:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of NPI vendor agreements and documents provided to you for review.

• Pursuing the implementation of those services you request from NPI, Inc.

• Notifying the NPI, Inc. at least 60 days before you plan to terminate your membership - at termination all Cooperative Revenue Share Plan benefits will cease.

• Cooperative Revenue Share Plan benefits and agreements are terminated after 90 days of continuous in-activity.

Upon receipt of your activation form or application by NPI, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Your "User Name" will be the account name. The e-mail will contain links that will lead you to materials that provide additional information about the NPI, who to contact, and other Community Partner information.

Please note that you as a Community Partner must, in most cases, initiate the first contact with a NPI Stratetgic Business Partner.
